What has seven year locust or seventeen year Cicadas, have in common with propane?
When I was about 8 yrs old,I caught a big bass with a Cicada as bait. Used a piece of line a gold hook and sycamore sapling.Put the bug on the hook and threw it in the water. Never was so excited in my life. Ran a 1/2 mile back to the house to show mom & dad.
Took the grand youngins fishing on a pond and they done the same story. Never seen them so excited. Fish can't leave those locust insects alone no matter what decade it is.
What is this to do with propane? When I was fishing 50 years ago those Cicadas were the same and the quality of propane was the same . Unlike gasoline, kerosene (Coal Oil) and diesel, propane is still the same. They try to clean up the other fuels but we are already there. I only wish the price was more acceptable.
The uses for propane have changed some over the years, such as, mosquito or weed control. Those changes have benefited the industry because of a need. The PERC helps insure that those needs are met by helping to find new answers for and uses of propane. Keep these in mind while laying back with a fishing pole in your hand this summer.
