MARKETER TECHNOLOGY TRAINING COURSE

COMING TO KENTUCKY

KYPERC is proud to announce that one of the national Marketer Technology Training (MTT) workshops is coming to Kentucky. On September 29, 2010 marketers will have an opportunity to participate in this intensive program on strategies to "Capture New Gallon Opportunities."

This program is being held nationally at a very few select locations. Marketers who have participated give the program rave reviews for the practical tools that it gives them for increasing load.

Attendance is limited to 25 individuals.

The course if free to participants, but is subject to a cancellation/no-show charge.

Propane Motor Fuel Demonstration Vehicle Available to All Kentucky Propane Marketers

Propane Safe Appliance Installation Rebate Program Now Available

KYPERC is offering a rebate for the SAFE INSTALLATION of a new propane appliance. There will be $60,000.00 available for rebates. Consumers are eligible for up to $900 per household for the safe installation of water heaters, ranges, cooktops and clothing dryers powered by propane. To date, we have sent out over $18,000 in rebates to consumers. Funds are limited.

If you are a consumer, please contact your local propane dealer for more information on qualifying purchases.

Marketers: Please make sure you have a signed agreement on file at the KY PERC office in order to participate. As soon as we receive this agreement we will send you rebate applications. Funds are limited. Please call the KY PERC office at 866-459-7372 if you need an agreement form and staff will be glad to help you. The KY Propane Education & Research Council and the Kentucky Propane Gas Association have entered into a partnership to provide you with a unique selling tool. With a grant from KYPERC, the KYPGA has purchased a new Roush/Ford F150 crew cab. This propane powered pickup will allow you to provide "hands on" demonstrations of the viability of propane as an engine fuel. These demonstrations can be, but are not limited to: fleet operators, county and local governments, law enforcement agencies, agricultural operations and more. This vehicle is a natural to be a part of your display at local home shows, county fairs and local festivals. All Kentucky marketers can request usage of the truck. It is not limited to members of the KY Propane Gas Association. Usage is free to marketers, subject to the usage requirements of KYPGA.
